PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COLOURS

Products displayed on this site are available only whilst stocks last or reordering is possible. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

All trademarks, service marks, product pictures and logos found on this site are the registered or unregistered trademarks of the manufacturer. Nothing contained in this site should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any patent or Mark displayed, without written permission by owner of the trademark.

  1. Making a purchase

    Making a purchase on our website could not be easier. Just browse our site and click on any items that you may wish to buy, choose the required size and orientation if applicable and add them to the shopping cart. After adding an item to your cart or while clicking on the shopping cart icon to the upper right, you can choose to „edit your cart“ which brings you to a detailed cart overview. There you can review your item selection, change quantity, delete items from your cart or add vouchers. When you have finished your selection, click on „checkout“ and start with the guided checkout process. Instead of editing your cart you can go directly to checkout with the „proceed to checkout“ button, also displayed under the cart menu. Of course you will still have all the options to review and modify your order before your order is submitted.

  2. Measurement

    For most of our products it is necessary to take measurements in oder to determine the correct size needed. Please follow the measuring instructions on the article detail page carefully and refer to the sizing charts on the respective article tab. If you have questions on measurement, you might find additional and more detailed information in the product manuals, which are widely linked under downloads at the article detail page. Otherwise please don’t hesitate to contact us for help.

  3. Payment

    The description and price of the goods and/or services you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge and/or a payment fee, as explained in the section below.

    We accept prepayment via bank transfer or all common credit cards via our payment processor Paypal. Please note that Paypal requires us to take a small additional payment fee which is shown in detail on the cart and order summary page. We still recommend using Paypal for your convenience as you will benefit from faster shipping. Paypal payments are directly confirmed after successful completion and registered with your order automatically, instead of waiting for the receipt of payment on our bank account, manually updating your order status and proceeding it to shipment. Additionally, you’ll of course profit from all other features offered by Paypal, like buyer protection.

    Please note: You don’t need to have or register a Paypal account to use it as payment option, our Paypal integration allows one-time payments via Paypal as guest (this may vary in future as this is under the determination of Paypal).

    You must be aged 18 or older to purchase from this website. If you are under 18 you may only use this website with the agreement of and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.

  4. Credit card / payment security

    We do not store your credit card details on our Webshop. Our credit card payment processing is completely done by Paypal. If you choose to pay by Paypal you will be redirected during the payment process to the Paypal website where you enter your account or payment details, therefore this information is not processed by our shop system and is secured and controlled by Paypal. Paypal just reports back to our systems whether the payment process was successful or not. The connection of our website to Paypal is secured by SSL encryption – just as any interaction with our systems.

  5. Tax charges / additional charges

    All prices include 23% VAT, but exclude shipping costs and if applicable payment fees. The order and shopping cart summary pages discloses VAT in detail for each position. Some payment types require an additional payment fee, this will be also shown in detail on the cart and order summary page.

  6. Shipping and handling

    Shipping and handling within the Republic of Ireland is a flat rate of 9 EUR including VAT on every order for up to 30kg.

    In some exceptional circumstances we may contact you regarding preferred shipping method and final carriage costs, once we receive your order.

    We are currently not taking international orders or from other EU countries other than within the Republic of Ireland.

  7. Delivery Schedule

    All orders will be processed immediately after receipt of payment (assuming the goods are in stock). Orders received before 12 am and paid by Paypal are usually proceeded the same business day. We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment for your order. If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you to be delivered as soon as it is back in stock. We will email you immediately to inform you of an expected lead time for you delivery. You will also get email notifications about each status change on your item – or order. If you have choosen to register with our Webshop, you can also track the status of your order in your personal account management.

    Delivery shall be to the address indicated in your order and if you pay by credit or debit card, only at the place where the card is registered (“agreed location”). Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses in the Republik of Ireland. If you are absent or fail to take delivery, risk of loss and damage to the items will pass to you;

    Any delivery dates requested by you or stated in any order acknowledgement or confirmation are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery on such dates and has no liability for failure to deliver on such specified dates. If delivery has not taken place within 7 days from the estimated delivery date, you should contact our customer service team.

    We shall be entitled to make partial deliveries or delivery by instalments. Each such delivery shall be deemed to be a separate contract and any defect in any one or more instalments shall not entitle you to repudiate the contract as a whole nor to cancel any subsequent instalment.

  8. Returns Policy

    Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item - then it must be returned to us in a flawless condition and by using your own courier/postal service. This must be done within 14 working days. Incorrectly ordered items, or items that you wish to be returned due to incorrect ordering or unwanted items will not be refunded for delivery costs.

  9. Formation of the contract

    These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by us, blu medical Ltd., registered in Ireland no xxxx. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and sent a confirmation of that order. Once you have received this confirmation, there is a binding legal contract between us.

    The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
    We may change these terms and conditions of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

  10. Your right to cancel

    Where the contract is for the sale of goods, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

    To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us prefered by the support forms or email address shown on our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.

    If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, we will refund the full amount paid to you within 28 days. Unless received damaged or faulty (see below) the items returned for refund must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging.

    The product must not have been used. It should be complete with any accessories received with the product and in its original packaging. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or reduce the refund appropriately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    The goods must be returned to our logistics & warehouse partner at the address below, and you must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. If you do not return the goods in the manner required, we may reserve the right to refuse a refund or reduce your refund appropriately.

  11. Guarantee

    We guarantee your satisfaction. If any goods arrive in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 24hrs of receipt of your order.

    All goods supplied by us are guaranteed free from defects at the date of supply. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

    This Guarantee does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval. If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under guarantee, or you have any other complaint about the goods and/or services, you should notify us by email at the address shown or with the according RMA form on our website.

  12. Force Majeure

    blu medical Ltd. reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel a contract or reduce the volume of products and/or services which you have ordered (without liability to you) if we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of blu medical Ltd., which shall include without limitation, unforseen weather conditions, civil commotion, riots, fire and legislation.

  13. IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION

    The information contained within our online shop, is intended for general use only and should NOT take the place of a visit to a Physiotherapist or Doctor, nor should it substitute the advice of your Physiotherapist or Doctor.
