Please note: Without further notice we always ship the SLEEQ lumbar braces with the long back pelotte. From our experience, the long pelotte has a solid advantage in medical efficiency at most of the followed indications. However, the longer pelotte is not as comfortable to wear as the short pelotte in daily use and that's why many of our customers prefer the short pelotte. In case of question please ask for advice from a medical specialist which responds better to your specific treatment. We have the short pelotte as optional accessory listed.
